Orders made before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day, after 1pm orders are dispatched the following working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).

Our carriers deliver between 9am – 9pm Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

Express Delivery: Estimated next working day from the date of dispatch, orders must be received before 1pm.

Standard Delivery: Estimated 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.

What do I do if one of my products is damaged?

This is highly unlikely due to the stringent testing we have done with our carriers and the care that has been invested in the packaging of our products, however, if you have any issues at all please email us at [email protected]; our team will be happy to help.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you you wish to return your purchase, you will need to submit a return request to [email protected].

Once this request has been received, you will receive authorisation from our customer services team along with a returns’ address.

Please do not send us your return until you have received this authorisation.

We will only offer a full refund provided the items are unused, returned in the original state purchased and a returns request is submitted to us within 14 days from the date of order. Unfortunately, return requests received after your 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund. Once authorised, returns must reach us within five working days.

Once authorised and received at our returns address provided, a full refund will be given, less the original delivery cost. We do not cover the cost of returns postage, to keep returns cost to a minimum simply request a certificate of postage. A certificate of posting is free of charge. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit if the certificate cannot be produced.
